Tackling Self-Stigma Together — Final Mobility
The final Erasmus+ mobility of “Tackling Self-Stigma Together” took place in Stegna, Poland, bringing partners together to close our two-year project journey.
About the Project
From 14–16 August 2026, the final mobility of the “Tackling Self-Stigma Together” project took place in Stegna, Poland, bringing together project partners for the final stage of our two-year Erasmus+ journey. 🤝🇪🇺
On the first day, we focused on personal values and their importance in our lives. Starting with a list of 90 values, we gradually narrowed it down to our top 8 values through a dynamic elimination exercise. 🧠💭 We also reviewed and evaluated Empower Me, the mobile application developed within the project to help young people cope with self-stigma and develop a more positive view of themselves. 📱✨
On the second day, we created a banner and a video roadmap representing the entire journey of the project — from its beginning in Ohrid to its final mobility in Stegna. 🎥🗺️
The mobility concluded with a certificate ceremony, celebrating the participation and contribution of everyone involved. 🎓👏
It was a meaningful final chapter filled with reflection, creativity, cooperation and shared memories. 💛🤝
Objectives
- Explore personal values and their meaning in everyday life
- Review and evaluate the Empower Me mobile application
- Creatively represent the full journey of the two-year project
- Close the Erasmus+ partnership with a shared final mobility
Results
- Identified the top 8 personal values through a dynamic elimination exercise
- Reviewed and evaluated the Empower Me app developed within the project
- Created a banner and a video roadmap from Ohrid to Stegna
- Celebrated participation with a certificate ceremony marking the end of the two-year journey
